rental terms

The house rental cost is all-inclusive with no hidden extras. This includes a generous allowance for logs, hot water, lighting and heating.

A deposit is required on booking. Booking confirmation and all details are sent to you via email.

All quality linen is provided: sheets, covers, duvet, pillow cases, towels and tea towels. Please let us know if you would prefer to bring your own linen and the house will be prepared accordingly.

All cutlery, crockery, glasses, pots and pans are provided.

The house is professionally cleaned and ready for your arrival and the meadow will have been cut by the gardener.

Sorry, no children, no smoking and no pets.
